ASR Update!

So ASR was an amazing event as usual and we all have our stories but I would definitely like to mention The Vans Booth, where Steve Van Doren was busy whipping up waffles. which were very tasty!!

I also want to highlight the Volcom Booth, This time around Volcom was handing out pairs of their Genuine Denim Jeans, and for those who fancy custom items they were sewing patches onto the jeans and trucker hats. they also had a small button (pin) assembly set up, where you could choose and assemble your very own button (REALLY COOL, I love this type of stuff)… not to mention they were Heat Pressing hats on the spot, with the graphic of your choice.

Allot of nice people and allot of great ideas brewing about. I see good things happening.

ASR tomorrow!!

We will be at the ASR Show in San Diego Feb. 3-4 2010. we will not be exhibiting but we will be attending. Sure to be lots of fun, and a great learning experience. see you when we get back.

Hey everyone,

well , it’s a new year and time for some new changes. There are some ideas we’re throwing around right now, but make sure and check back because we will be doing the Maloof Money Cup from now till August, so it’s close enough to year-round =)

There are other things in the works, but it seemed like Xmas and the new year snuck right up on us and kicked us in the chode. So stay tuned and Stand by for some more stuff to come…

Adam Dyet coming with us to LA on 12/19!

Hey everyone,

we’re flying in Adam Dyet and his filmer to skate for some kids we are doing a charity event for. IT’s Dec. 19th from 10-2pm, but you should get there as early as possible because there will be about 10,000 kids that day!!

Feel free to bring your board and if under 18, bring your parent to sign the consent form, proper safety gear and ride with us and get Adam’s autograph!!! Of course there will be other celebrities there taking pictures and support this organization’s event , The Miracle on 1st Street presented by the Hollenbeck Youth Center, Oscar De La Hoya foundation and Hollenbeck PD and many more. It’s free so come on down to 2015 east 1st in Boyle Heights. We are blocking off approximately 5 city blocks for this and we will be right in front of the youth center skating in the streets with our mobile skate park!!!

Since we are the Maloof Money Cup Street team as well, we’ll have free Maloof Money Cup giveaways as well!

But just a quick shout out to our boy Adam and his Filmer Mark. These guys  were not only quick to say yes for this event, but on such short notice (literally found out a little over 24 hours ago and bought their tix last night) and are coming to hang with all you skaters in LA and surrounding areas for this awesome time before Christmas. So thank you very much for always making the time to hang and help out your fellow skaters, it will truly be a very Happy Festivus for the rest of us this year!!!

New kid on the block…

Hey Bon Jour everyone,

We’d like to take a second to welcome our new and first grom skater, Dontae “Snake”Overton!!! He hails from that far out land of Victorville, but he gets around So Cal a lot and is competing constantly. When he’s in your area, you’ll know him by his signature SNAKE design (which he designed himself). He’s a chill dude for only being 11 and we’re totally stoked to have him on our team as a bowl rider who will be representing us and his other sponsors at events and comps. He’s got some great talent and is definitely on his way up, so watch out for The Snake….Stand By

Vans Am Slam – Dillion, Mark & Tigger!!!!

It’s official, Dillion rolled his ankle!!

While we were at the Venice skate park, Dillion rolled his ankle while warming up (yeah we know!!), we were only there for about 15 mins. when it happened. He’ll be off his board for 2 weeks. looks like he’s trading in his skateboard for a pair of crutches.

We hope it gets better soon man…
